RETURNS POLICY
FormuLabel accepts the return of most products with the exception of custom made products. All items must be returned in the same fashion as received (unopened and in brand new condition) to the address location of FormuLabel within 30 days of the purchase date. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to the return.
Once we have received your return, the process to receive your refund may take 5-10 business days from the day received.

Notify representative of your return to receive an RMA number to be associated with your return shipment.
Make sure the RMA number is included in the return shipping label or written clearly on the package like the sample below:

Please note that if the RMA number is not clearly marked on the return package, this may delay the return process.
Limitation of Liability for Fees and Expenses
formuLABEL is not liable or responsible for refunding or crediting any fees or expenses incurred by the customer in connection with their purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping costs, sales tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes, as well as any export packaging costs, transportation fees, freight handling charges, export/import license fees, customs duties, or any similar charges.
All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are imposed by third parties, including shipping carriers, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies, and are not within our control. As such, we cannot assume responsibility for their reimbursement, even in cases of order cancellation, return, or exchange. Customers are advised to review all applicable costs before completing their purchase to ensure they are aware of any potential charges.
