RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

FormuLabel strives to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We accept returns on most products, with the exception of custom-made products, under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • 25% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Obtain an RMA Number

    • Contact our customer support team at 1-888-958-5611 or sales@formulabel.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the package as shown below:

  3. Ship Your Return

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 10-25 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any third-party transaction fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
  • We may request photos or other evidence of the issue before approving an exchange.
  • In cases where a replacement is not available, we may offer a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day period

Limitation of Liability for Fees and Expenses

FormuLabel is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or export charges
  • Third-party transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer fees, etc.)
  • Freight handling or packaging costs
  • Lost, damaged, or delayed returns due to shipping carriers
